About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic People Business Partner to join their People & Culture team, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer (CPO). This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of an organisation tackling serious and complex crime, including bribery, corruption and fraud.

In this newly created role, you will partner with senior leaders across both operational and enabling functions, providing strategic and professional HR expertise on a wide range of complex and often fast–paced business challenges. No two days will be the same this role requires resilience, adaptability and the ability to seamlessly balance strategic influence with hands–on delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to understand business priorities and develop effective, forward–thinking people plans Provide strategic HR advice using a coaching approach to enable leadership success Align and coordinate People & Culture services to deliver impactful business solutions Support and lead organisational change initiatives, fostering a strong culture and values–driven environment Build organisational capability and workforce capacity across a highly specialised and diverse workforce Advise on organisational design, restructuring, and workforce planning, including TUPE where required Manage complex and sensitive employee relations cases in collaboration with specialist HR colleagues Support talent management, succession planning, and recruitment across all levels Communicate complex information effectively to a wide range of stakeholders, including Executive and Board level Lead key HR projects and workstreams that enhance organisational development and performance Promote collaboration, innovation and agility within a fast–changing environment
