Housing Works Coordinator
Location: Beeston Office
Job Type: Temporary (6-month contract)
Salary: £31,000 per annumReed is recruiting on behalf of a prominent housing association for the position of Housing Works / Working Heights Coordinator. This role is based in our Midlands office in Beeston for an initial 6-month temporary contract. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, enabling them to quickly adapt with the support of the London teams.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
Provide general administrative support to the Supervisor/Contract Manager, focusing on roofing and scaffolding projects.
Maintain exceptionally high standards of records for ongoing work using our internal application system, MPS.
Handle the creation and tracking of purchase orders, ensuring accurate cost management for jobs.
Communicate effectively with residents through telephone, email, and text, managing their repair journey from start to finish.
Coordinate with the planning team to update job statuses in DRS (booking system) and Northgate (housing system).
Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that work progresses within the required timescales.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
Experienced in using desktop PC software tools.
Previous experience in roles related to roofing, scaffolding, housing or trades is essential. xjnqpsq
