Housing Officer – Bristol 14.50 per Hour 2–Month Contract
Are you an experienced Housing Officer looking for your next opportunity in Bristol? We are currently recruiting for a 2–month temporary contract with an immediate start, offering 14.50 per hour.
Key Responsibilities: Conducting tenancy visits and property inspections Investigating and resolving tenancy–related issues Dealing with anti–social behaviour cases Working closely with residents, contractors, and partner agencies Maintaining accurate records and ensuring excellent customer service Requirements: Previous experience working as a Housing Officer or within housing management or similar Strong communication and problem–solving skills Ability to manage a varied caseload and work independently A DBS registered on the Update Service is essential due to the immediate start date What's on Offer? 14.83 per hour Bristol–based role 2–month contract Immediate start available Opportunity to make a real difference within the local community
