Housing Officer Location: London Local AuthorityContract: Temporary - 3 months initially, then rollingHours: 36 per week Monday to FridayPay Rate: GBP23.07 per hour (PAYE) / GBP29.35 per hour (Umbrella PAYE)Working Pattern: Office or patch-based, 5 days per weekWe're proud to be working with a highly prestigious local authority to recruit several enthusiastic and experienced Housing Officers to join the Neighbourhood Services Team.Based at the Area Housing Office in London, this is an exciting opportunity to provide a high-quality, customer-focused housing management service to residents across the borough.Key Duties Manage a patch of tenancies, leases and licences.Deliver proactive tenancy, leasehold and neighbourhood management.Investigate and manage anti-social behaviour cases.Conduct estate inspections and tenancy verification checks.Provide responsive and empathetic front-line customer service.Attend evening meetings or emergencies when required. About YouYou'll either have housing management experience or bring transferable skills from a similar customer-facing environment.
