Overview:
A large non for profit organisation are currently seeking a Health and Safety Manager to join their team to promote best practice and promote excellent health and safety standards across the business.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience for a globally recognised organisation and grow your Health and Safety experience
Role & Responsibilities:
Act as the Health and Safety competent person for the organisationManage the health and safety committeeWork with managers across the organisation to ensure that great health and safety standards are being followedEnsure the business is following regulations and complyingReporting on performance to senior level stakeholdersManaging and motivating teamManaging cost control
Essential Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a Health and Safety manager positionNEBOSH diplomaIOSH Managing Safely qualifiedAn excellent communicatorHard–working and ambitiousExperience managing a team
