£19.05 per hour
35 hours per week
9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Hays are partnering with a well-established organisation in Uxbridge to recruit a reliable and experienced Handyperson to join their on-site maintenance team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in general maintenance who enjoys a varied role and takes pride in maintaining site facilities to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out general maintenance and repair tasks
- Minor painting and decorating works
- Changing locks and basic repairs- Cleaning and upkeep of site facilities
- Supporting the day-to-day maintenance of the premises
- Ensuring work areas remain safe, clean and well-presented
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar Handyperson, Facilities, Maintenance or Caretaker role.
- Ability to provide references demonstrating relevant experience.
- Good practical skills and a proactive approach to work.
- CSCS card not required.
- All tools and equipment provided.
