Description
BIM Manager / Senior Architectural Technologist
The role function is to support the company s design and technical teams.
Responsibilities:
Helping to manage the transition from Autocad to Revit.Coordinating data flowpreparing construction plans and technical details using CAD/Revit software.Developing specifications and assisting with housing standards and regulatory approvals.Producing working drawings.Managing building regulation applicationsResolving technical queries to ensure site developments run smoothly. Salary Expectations:
