We're Hiring: Freelance Site Manager
Location: Manchester
Sectors: Commercial
Dayrate: 270 – 290 per day
Duration: 20 week contract
We are looking for a Freelance Site Manager for an upcoming commercial internal/external refurbishment for one of our clients on a site in Manchester City Centre, starting in June 2026 for 20 weeks.
Duties as a Freelance Site Manager:
Oversee internal/external refurbishment of a commercial building including fitout, windows, doors etcWork and liaise with client regularlyManage and oversee multiple trades and subcontractors on siteLook after all H&S on siteMonitor site progress and work alongside PM to ensure project is on trackRequired Qualifications/Experience as a Freelance Site Manager
Experience as a Site Manager within commercialCSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos AwarenessMinimum of 4+ years experience in a Site Managers positionUK driving licence and access to own vehicleWhat's on offer
