Floorlayer - Social Housing Repairs (Permanent)
Sittingbourne
38,000 plus company van + fuel card
We are recruiting for a leading social housing contractor to recruit a Floor Layer Operative to carry out reactive repairs and maintenance works to tenanted social housing properties in the Sittingbourne area as well as the surrounding area.
Your duties will include various repairs in properties including altro flooring, cap and Cove and Flooring.
Multi Trade Additional Requirements
Install FlooringNVQ Qualified/City and Guilds Qualified (Not essential)Valid Clean UK Driving LicenceCurrent valid DBS Check or be willing to undertake as requiredExperience working within tenanted propertiesFamiliar with PDA usageClean, presentable, and must be eligible to work in the UK (with proof)Client information
