Floor Layer Opportunity

Are you an experienced Floor Layer who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service?

We are looking for a skilled Floor Layer to join a busy property maintenance team, carrying out flooring repairs and renewals across residential properties throughout Hampshire and surrounding areas, including Bournemouth, Salisbury, New Forest and Basingstoke.

The Role

As a Floor Layer, you'll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of flooring installations, repairs and replacements within occupied and void properties.

You'll work across responsive repairs, planned maintenance and property refurbishment projects, delivering a high standard of workmanship while providing an excellent customer experience.

Typical duties will include:

Installation and replacement of vinyl flooring

Carpet fitting and repairs

Safety flooring installation

Flooring works within kitchens, bathrooms and wet rooms

Preparing subfloors and surfaces

Carrying out responsive repairs and planned maintenance works

Working within occupied and void properties

Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Proven experience as a Floor Layer

Experience fitting vinyl, safety flooring and carpets

Experience working within social housing, domestic properties or property maintenance environments

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

High attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Full UK Driving Licence
