Description
We are actively looking for a Fire Door Contract Manager to join a leading PFP provider in Nottingham permanently. In return, the Fire Door Contract Manager will receive a competitive salary, company car, 20 days annual leave and bank holidays, IOSH qualification, learning and development opportunities, and pension.
As the Fire Door Contract Manager, you will receive:

As the Fire Door Contract Manager, you will be:
Day to day management of the fire door teamsEnsuring all contracts run on schedule and to budgetReviewing strategies, policies, and procedures and updating and developing them in line with new legislation Analysing reports written from the team
Qualifications / Experience:
Extensive technical fire knowledge including fire doorsUnderstanding of joinery proceduresContract management experienceAn understanding of social housing is desirable A detailed understanding of the Fire Safety / Building Safety Act Health and safety experience on–siteBM TRADA qualification desirable
