They are seeking a Financial Accountant to join their high–performing finance team. You'll play a key role in financial reporting and be heavily involved in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. Your new role

Reporting into the Financial Controller, you'll be responsible for:

Preparing consolidated financial statements for statutory auditIFRS & US GAAP reportingWorking with international teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely submission of financial informationPreparing quarterly VAT returns & tax compliance dutiesHeavily involved in annual budgeting and forecasting process, including commentary for senior managementMonitoring budget performance & analysing variancesCash management – monitoring cash flow & liquidity, forecastingSupporting outsourced accounting team, ensuring accuracyReview of balance sheet accountsAd hoc tasks as requestedWhat you'll need to succeedYou'll be an ACA–Qualified coming from the Top 10 firms – ideally with real estate or heavy sector client experience. Experience with IFRS standards & consolidations is a must, US GAAP is a bonus.
