I'm currently working with a well-established organisation in Greenock that is looking to appoint a Finance Manager to join its growing team.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, combining financial management with commercial and quantity surveying responsibilities. You'll play a key role in managing the financial performance of projects while supporting the wider business with commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce monthly management accounts, forecasts and financial reports. Manage cash flow, budgets and financial controls. Monitor project costs, profitability and financial performance. Prepare valuations, applications for payment and final accounts. Manage subcontractor payments and cost reporting. Identify commercial risks and opportunities across projects. Support senior management with financial planning and strategic decisions. Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure projects remain commercially successful. About You:

Experience in a Finance Manager, Management Accountant, Quantity Surveyor or Commercial role. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret financial data. Experience within the construction or engineering sector would be highly advantageous. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Confident using financial systems and Microsoft Excel. A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities. What's on Offer:
