Salary: 24,000– 26,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week / flexible working hours

We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to provide support to the finance function. This is a varied role with opportunities to develop your skills and gain experience across different areas of finance.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Finance Manager with day–to–day finance tasksAccounts Receivable: record payments, raise monthly invoicesAccounts Payable: process supplier invoices, support regular payment runsGenerate monthly and annual income statementsAssist with bank reconciliations and online payment trackingProvide support during budget preparationAssist with quarterly VAT returns and month–end/year–end reportingMaintain accurate finance records and checklistsRespond to queries from owners, suppliers, and internal teams in a timely and professional mannerMonitor financial processes and suggest improvements to ensure efficiency and accuracyCandidate Profile

Strong organisational skills and attention to detailComfortable working with numbers and finance systemsFlexible and willing to occasionally work outside normal hoursPositive attitude and a proactive approach to problem–solving
