Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day–to–day upkeep of our office, ensuring a safe, organised, and well–maintained environment

Handle reception duties and act as first point of contact for visitors and contractors

Induct and supervise facilities contractors, ensuring quality and timely completion of work

Manage supplier contracts and support contract tenders

Oversee purchase orders, invoices, and the facilities email inbox

Support the H&S Manager with risk assessments, inspections, and policy reviews

Take responsibility for fire alarm testing, office moves, and general maintenance

Conduct H&S inductions for new employees and contractors

Arrange training courses and assist in rolling out safety training programs

Contribute to the continual improvement of Monster s Health & Safety Management System

Carry out regular site checks, hazard spotting, and building maintenance reviews

About You:

A proactive, hands–on team player with a positive can–do attitude

Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks

Basic DIY and maintenance skills

Confident in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Holds a full, clean driving license (essential)

Previous facilities experience desirable

Basic Health & Safety awareness
