Temporary Facilities Assistant
Immediate Start 14.80 per hour Liverpool Street
We are urgently seeking a Facilities Assistant to join a leading law firm near Liverpool Street on a 4–6 week temporary assignment, starting immediately.
In this hands–on role, you'll support the wider Facilities team with day–to–day operations, including:
Handling internal and external postReplenishing stationery and office suppliesSupporting office moves and meeting room setupsWorking closely with Reprographics, Records, and ReceptionManaging departmental calls and email inboxAssisting with archiving, scanning, and repro tasksWhat we're looking for:
Someone available to start right awayStrong communication skills and a proactive attitudePrevious facilities or office support experience is beneficialReliable, organised, and comfortable in a fast–paced environmentThis is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within a highly reputable law firm and work in a collaborative, supportive team.
