Are you an experienced Estimator with a background in high-end interior fit-outs projects?

Our client is a leading contractor based in Co. Antrim wishing to appoint a new estimator for their growing team.

We're working with a leader in hospitality and luxury retail interiors who are expanding their pre-construction function. This is an opportunity for a confident, commercially sharp Estimator who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands the intricacies of high-end projects.

The Role:

Lead the pricing and tendering of bespoke hospitality fit-out projects Prepare accurate costings for labour, materials, joinery, M&E, and specialist packages Manage the estimating process from pre-qualification to final submission Develop value engineering strategies and support project profitability Negotiate rates with subcontractors and suppliers across the UK Attend site visits and collaborate with project, commercial, and design teams Contribute to pre-construction planning and advise on buildability and cost risks You'll Need:

Proven experience as an Estimator in fit-out, interiors, or main contracting Excellent commercial acumen and an eye for detail Ability to lead tenders and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills Proficiency in estimating software and Excel The Package:
