You will receive an initial 6 month guaranteed salary of up to GBP50,000 dependent on experience whilst you build your sales pipeline. Thereafter, you will be offered a basic salary of up to GBP20,000 PLUS once you have passed your probation you will receive 0.5% of the office completions (paid monthly) of your personal listings being sold PLUS 0.5% of the office completions (paid monthly) for hitting your sales target with very REALISTIC on target earnings of between GBP50,000 and GBP60,000.
