An OUTSTANDING personal listing commission structure awaits an experienced Lister with 3 thresholds dependent on bankings and starting at 10% and increasing to 12.5% and then 15%. You will work in a pure listing role so you will not be expected to sell or sales progress as there are dedicated Sales Negotiators and a Sales Progressor so what a breath of fresh air this position holds for an Agent who loves to list. The salary package on offer is equally as impressive with a GBP25,000 basic salary with on target earnings of between GBP60,000 to GBP65,000 which is realistic.

As an independent business, all ideas are heard, and talent is nurtured to provide scope for future progression and promotion internally. Typically, with at least 2 years experience you will be expected to list, negotiate, and represent the Estate Agency to the highest standard.
