Description

We are working with a fast–growing, international organisation looking to recruit an experienced EMEA Payroll Manager for a permanent, stand–alone role based in their London offices.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident payroll professional to take full ownership of payroll across the UK and wider EMEA region, supporting the business through an exciting period of growth.

Reporting closely into HR and Finance, you will be responsible for the management of payroll across multiple UK and EMEA jurisdictions. Operating as a stand–alone specialist, you will act as the key point of contact for payroll–related matters internally and externally.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing end–to–end payroll for the UK and multiple EMEA regionsLiaising with and overseeing in–country payroll providersEnsuring payroll compliance across all relevant jurisdictionsSupporting the business through a period of growth and changeWorking closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate data flowSupporting internal and external payroll auditsManaging and resolving employee payroll queries efficiently and professionallyRequirements for the role:

Strong, hands–on experience managing UK and EMEA payrollsAdvanced Excel skillsConfidence operating in a stand–alone payroll roleA proactive, agile approach with the ability to manage competing deadlinesExcellent communication skills and stakeholder management experienceThis role will suit someone who enjoys ownership, thrives under pressure, and wants to play a key role in supporting a growing international business.
