Electrician Required - Belfast & County Antrim

Location: Various locations across Belfast & County Antrim (BT15 3)

Pay Rate: £27.00 per hour (CIS)

Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm | 40 hours paid per week | 60-minute unpaid break

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Ongoing until 31 December 2026

Electricians Wanted!

PROMAN is recruiting experienced Electricians across Belfast and County Antrim. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional team delivering electrical installation, maintenance, testing, and repair works across residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out safe isolation procedures in line with industry standards and company processes

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring systems, equipment, and accessories

Conduct inspection and testing of fixed wiring systems in accordance with BS 7671 regulations

Perform Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)

Inspect and test in-service electrical equipment

Diagnose and rectify faults using multifunction testers and specialist equipment

Install, commission, and maintain fire detection and fire alarm systems to BS 5839-6 standards

Work closely with other trades and site teams to deliver projects efficiently

Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and electrical regulations

Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high-quality workmanship

Essential Requirements

Gold ECS Card

Asbestos Awareness Certificate

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)

Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations BS 7671 (Latest Edition)

Good understanding of Health & Safety within construction environments

Proven experience in electrical installation, maintenance, testing, and fault-finding

Strong knowledge of electrical regulations and safety standards

Full UK/NI Driving Licence

DBS Check Required
