Job Title: Electrical Engineer – Social Housing
Locations such as: Southwark, South London
Salary: 38,784 – 42,038 base (OTE 55,000 – 70,000)

Overview
We're recruiting an experienced Electrical Engineer to work across social housing properties in London. This is a great role for a qualified electrician seeking long–term stability, progression and excellent earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out electrical repairs, installations, maintenance and testing in social housing properties.
Complete EICRs, remedials, fault finding, upgrades, first and second fix work.
Work safely in line with BS 7671 and all electrical standards.
Deliver high–quality, customer–focused service to tenants.
Maintain accurate job records and documentation.
Requirements
Level 2 / Level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification (essential).
AM2 qualification (Gold Card eligible).
Experience in social housing, domestic maintenance, EICR testing or repairs (preferred).
Full UK driving licence.
Strong electrical safety and regulations knowledge.
Desirable
City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent Inspection & Testing qualification.
