Electrical Supervisor

Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a major mixed-use development scheme, overseeing electrical works across a large and varied construction project.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Supervisor looking to take responsibility for site delivery, quality, safety, and coordination on a high-profile development.

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate electrical installations across the development.

* Manage electrical subcontractors and site-based electrical teams.

* Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications, and programme requirements.

* Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager/Site Manager.

* Coordinate electrical works with other trades and site management.

* Carry out regular quality inspections and ensure installations meet required standards.

* Ensure all works are completed safely and in accordance with RAMS and site procedures.

* Assist with planning, sequencing, and coordination of electrical activities.

* Identify and resolve technical and site-based issues.

* Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and other members of the project team.

* Maintain accurate site records and ensure relevant documentation is completed.

* Support commissioning, testing, snagging, and handover activities.

Electrical Supervisor Requirements

* Gold ECS

* SSSTS

* 18th edition

* Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on commercial, residential, or mixed-use construction projects.

* Strong knowledge of electrical installations and construction practices.

* Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.

* Experience supervising subcontractors and site teams.

* Good understanding of health & safety requirements and construction procedures.

* Strong communication and organisational skills. xjnqpsq
