Electrical Supervisor

Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Supervisor to join our growing team covering Southend-on-Sea and surrounding Essex areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrical professional with strong supervisory experience to lead electrical operatives, maintain high standards of workmanship, and ensure all works are delivered safely, compliantly, and to the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day electrical operations, provide technical support to engineers, carry out quality inspections, and ensure compliance with current regulations and company procedures.

Essential Requirements

Proven experience in an Electrical Supervisor role. City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation AM2 Qualification 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671) preferred. Strong understanding of electrical testing, inspection, fault finding, and certification. Experience supervising electrical operatives and subcontractors. Excellent knowledge of current electrical regulations and industry best practices. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Full UK Driving Licence. Desirable Qualifications

SSSTS or SMSTS. ECS/CSCS Card. NICEIC Qualified Supervisor experience. Experience working within social housing, local authority, commercial, or property maintenance contracts.
