Salary: 47,972.25 per annum

Full time: 37hrs per week

Are you a Dynamics 365 expert who thrives on solving complex challenges and driving innovation? We're looking for a Dynamics 365 & Applications Technical Lead to take ownership of our business–critical applications, lead system enhancements, and help transform how we work.

In this pivotal role, you'll:

Lead the development, integration and optimisation of Dynamics 365 CE, Finance & Operations, and Power Platform solutions Design automated workflows that improve efficiency and enhance customer and colleague experiences Drive system reliability, security, compliance and continuous improvement across our application landscape Partner with stakeholders to deliver business change, create innovative solutions, and translate technical concepts into real–world impact Act as the go–to expert for Dynamics 365, application architecture, testing, documentation and user training

What we're looking for:

Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps, Agile delivery, and Microsoft technologies A proactive problem–solver with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Passion for continuous improvement, service excellence, and delivering meaningful business outcomes
