Description
Disposals Senior Surveyor
Location: New Road, Grays, RM176SL
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 4+ Month
Working Hours: Mon Fri, 09 00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: GBP 56.31 per hour

Job Responsibilities
Conduct thorough due diligence on property assets to find and advance disposal opportunities.
Work closely with legal teams and property agents to manage the disposal process.
Ensure transactions are efficient, achieve best value, and aid in financial recovery.
Person Specifications
Must Have
Experience in property asset management and disposal processes.
Ability to work with legal teams and property agents.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with council or public sector property transactions.
Knowledge of financial recovery strategies.
