As a Damp and Mould Inspector, you will be:

Carry out general day–to–day maintenance tasks.Conduct reactive maintenance and damp and mould inspections.Schedule and coordinate day–to–day repair work.Identify the root cause of maintenance issues and oversee trades on site while they carry out repairs.

The interim role is offering:

Hybrid workingBusiness Mileage coveredWeekly pay Via Umbrella The role is offering a competitive hourly rate of 35–40 per hour

Location & Travel

This role is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days on patch in Worcestershire and 2 days working from home. Business mileage is covered with hybrid working offering an excellent work life balance.
