Customer Complaints Officer
Weston–Super–Mare (Hybrid Working Available)
33,163 per annum
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Fixed–Term Contract until February 2027
We're looking for an experienced Customer Complaints Officer to join a housing organisation.
You will investigate complaints, work with colleagues to resolve issues, identify improvements, and ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the complaints process.
Key Requirements of the Customer Complaints Officer:
Experience handling customer complaints.Background in a customer service environment.Strong communication, investigation, and problem–solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively and manage challenging situations professionally.The successful Customer Complaints Officer will have:
