Description
Key Responsibilities of a Lifting Supervisor:

Communication: Maintaining clear and effective communication with crane operators, signallers, and other relevant personnel.

Safety Management: Identifying and mitigating potential hazards, ensuring proper load security, and implementing risk management strategies.

Inspection and Maintenance: Conducting pre-lift inspections and ensuring equipment is properly maintained.

Documentation: Maintaining records of lifting operations and reporting any incidents or near misses

Planning and Coordination: Developing and implementing lifting plans, coordinating personnel, and ensuring all equipment is in safe working order.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
