We are recruiting for a Community Manager at this prestigious and iconic building in Central London (Bloomsbury/Holborn)

This is a collection of flexible, exciting workspaces dedicated to life sciences companies, with state of the art laboratory facilities, plus terraces and café/restaurant onsite – it's a truly vibrant community.

It's the perfect job for someone who has experience in managing a multi–tenanted commercial office building, serviced offices or business centre.

Salary range is up to GBP42,000 depending on your skills and experience – let's see what you can bring to the table, we're really open to a variety here.

Please note: this role is a 12 month FTC for maternity cover. We cannot guarantee continuation after this, but we manage a LOT of buildings & communities across the UK, so maybe

In this role, you'll be front and centre at the site each day, delivering great service to occupiers / guests and mentoring the on–site team to do the same.

You will be giving tours to prospective clients, managing the events schedule and working hard to keep improving the centre and growing its occupancy.
