The Role

In this position, you will take ownership of cost engineering activities across high–value, high–profile projects. Responsibilities include:

Establishing cost and schedule baselines and ensuring performance is tracked and reported accurately.Identifying trends, root causes, and corrective actions to maximise value for clients.Leading evaluations of project time, cost, and quality, applying governance controls to ensure successful outcomes.Acting as a key point of contact for clients, overcoming delivery and commercial challenges.Driving effective change management processes and robust cost control.Facilitating planning workshops and coordinating with contractors and vendors to keep projects on track.What We're Looking For

To be successful, you'll bring:

Proven experience in project controls across the full project lifecycle.Sector expertise in life sciences or data centres (preferred).Strong technical capability with Primavera P6 and MS Office.The ability to interpret complex data and present clear, actionable insights.Strong time management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.A proactive, client–focused mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.What's on Offer
