Salary: GBP60,000+ depending on experience

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget. This is a key leadership role requiring strong commercial awareness, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage several live sites simultaneously.

You will be responsible for driving performance across projects, maintaining programme control, and ensuring high-quality delivery from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities Oversee multiple construction projects from start to completionEnsure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standardsManage site teams, Site Managers, subcontractors, and suppliersMonitor project progress and implement corrective actions where requiredControl and manage project budgets, cost reports, and forecastingChair site and progress meetings with clients and stakeholdersEnsure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company proceduresMaintain strong client relationships and act as the key point of contact for project deliverySupport procurement, planning, and commercial teams where requiredIdentify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies Requirements Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industryStrong track record of delivering multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent understanding of project controls, budgeting, and programme managementExperience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use construction environmentsStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesSMSTS, CSCS (preferred), and relevant construction qualificationsCommercially aware with strong problem-solving skills What s on Offer Salary GBP60,000+ depending on experienceOpportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of projectsStrong pipeline of secured workCareer progression within a growing businessSupportive and professional working environment
