Construction Manager - Data Centres

NOTE: DV Clearance will be required. While you must be eligible for DV clearance, you do not need to be currently cleared

Salary: Paying between GBP70,000-GBP80,000, depending on experienceWorking Arrangement: On-site in Corsham with occasional flexibility

We're proud to be partnering with a leading Data Centre Provider to recruit an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of major infrastructure projects across their portfolio.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business at the forefront of digital infrastructure, where you'll play a key role in managing complex construction programmes from inception through to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the on-site delivery of data centre construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are metCoordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to drive progress and resolve issuesMonitor health and safety compliance across all phases of constructionReview and manage project documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and progress reportsEnsure alignment with technical specifications and regulatory requirementsSupport commissioning and handover processes, ensuring operational readiness

Required experience:

Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects, ideally within data centres, critical infrastructure, or high-tech environmentsStrong understanding of M&E systems, structural works, and fit-out phasesExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsA proactive approach to problem-solving and project deliveryRelevant construction qualifications and certifications (e.g. SMSTS, CSCS, NEBOSH) This is a brilliant opportunity to join a high-growth organisation delivering some of the most advanced facilities in the UK.
