Internals / Finishing Managers – Luxury Hotel Fit-Out (2 Positions)

Location: Mayfair, London

Start: Monday 26th October 2026

Contract: Freelance – 6 Months+

Day Rate: £300 per day

Luxury finishes. Tight programmes. No room for “that'll do”.

A tier 2 principal contractor require 2 experienced Freelance Internals / Finishing Managers for a prestigious £40m hotel fit out

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Internals Managers who understand the attention to detail, coordination and quality required to deliver high-end hospitality projects.

The Role

Working as part of the internals site management team, you'll be responsible for coordinating and driving internal fit-out and finishing works, ensuring exceptional standards of workmanship and delivery.

Responsibilities will include:

Managing internal fit-out and finishing packages across hotel bedrooms, front-of-house and back-of-house areas

Coordinating specialist subcontractors and multiple trades

Driving short-term programmes and ensuring works progress to schedule

Monitoring workmanship and maintaining the highest quality standards

Managing inspections, snagging and de-snagging

Coordinating interfaces between architectural finishes, MEP services and specialist installations

Maintaining site health & safety standards

Working closely with the wider project team to achieve programme milestones and handover requirementsIdeally, you'll have:

Experience delivering luxury hotel bedrooms, guest rooms and high-specification finishes

A strong understanding of front-of-house and back-of-house fit-out

Experience xjnqpsq managing specialist trades and finishing subcontractors

Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on management style

The ability to manage programme pressures without compromising quality

Experience of snagging, de-snagging and sectional handovers
