Location: Inverness

Salary: GBP70,000 - GBP75,000 + GBP5,750 Car Allowance

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Overview:

First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic national construction business who are looking to recruit a Consents Manager on a permanent basis due to growth based at either their Inverness depot.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Managing project consents and regulatory approval requirementsCoordinating permit and consent applications across the projectLiaising with statutory bodies, regulators and key stakeholdersMonitoring consent conditions and ensuring ongoing complianceSupporting planning and environmental obligations across delivery teamsManaging consent related documentation and reportingProviding advice and guidance to project teams on consent requirementsSupporting risk management and programme considerations linked to approvals and permits

Skills and Experience:

Consents, permitting or regulatory management experience within infrastructure, construction or civil engineeringExperience managing complex approvals and stakeholder engagementUnderstanding of planning, environmental and regulatory compliance requirementsExperience liaising with statutory bodies and regulatorsStrong communication, coordination and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholder interfacesExperience within energy, utilities, civil engineering or major infrastructure projects would be advantageous
