Commercial Services Programmer
Location: Phoenix House, EX16 6PP
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 1+ Months
Working Hours: Mon Fri, 09 00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: GBP 14.36 per hour

Responsibilities Develop and implement software solutions to support housing services. Collaborate with the Mid Devon District Council to enhance existing commercial services applications. Ensure consistent performance and reliability of housing–related software systems. Conduct regular system testing and maintenance to ensure optimal functionality. Assist in the integration of new technologies to improve service delivery. Person Specification Proven experience in software development, particularly within the housing sector. Strong understanding of programming languages and software development methodologies. Excellent problem–solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. Eligibility to work in the UK and compliance with standard hiring procedures.
