Property Development Labourer

Description

We are looking for a general labourer (immediately available) to help with a large residential property development project in central Sevenoaks (5 minutes walk from Sevenoaks Station). Tasks will include any property related manual tasks, for example, house stripping, carrying materials, demolition etc. For the right candidate with the right attitude and experience there will be a chance to increase the scope of work, assisting skilled tradesmen etc. It is also a great opportunity, for those interested, to learn about the property development process from commencement to completion.

The work will be part time to start with (i.e. usually 2 or 3 days per week). Working hours are 8am to 4pm with a 30 minute break.

Payment to be discussed and agreed based on experience.

Candidates should be:

Be strong, fit, responsible and hard working;

Enjoy physical, manual work indoor and outdoors;

Have an enthusiastic approach to life;

Be happy working alone or alongside others;

Have a basic level of English (although fluency is not necessary);

Communication and time keeping;

Ideally live fairly locally (so the cost / time of travelling to site is not too high).
