About the Role

My client is a forward–thinking, RICS–regulated building consultancy offering tailored surveying and project services to both public and private sector clients across the UK. As they continue to grow their offering, they re seeking a skilled Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team on a fully remote basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified surveyor who enjoys variety, autonomy, and the chance to work with a small and growing team without being tied to a specific office location.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a wide range of professional surveying services, including: Condition surveys and asset assessments Dilapidations and technical due diligence Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) reports Project running– inception through to completion Produce technical reports, schedules, and contract documentation Requirements

MRICS qualified (or equivalent chartered status) Minimum 1–year post–qualification experience Strong technical knowledge and report writing ability Comfortable working independently and remotely Positive, proactive, and client–focused attitude Why Join?
