Salary: 40,267 per annum

A Carpenter Multi Trade is required, working for a reputable property services contractor. The role will involve carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance works on domestic properties across North and North West London. Candidates should have strong experience across multiple trades and be able to deliver high-quality repairs whilst providing excellent customer service.

Daily Responsibilities:

Carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance on domestic propertiesCompleting a variety of multi-trade works including plumbing, patch plastering, painting and decorating. With a focus on CarpentryDiagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficientlyProviding a high level of customer service to residentsEnsuring all works are completed safely and to a high standardWorking within a designated local patch where possible

Requirements of a Multi Trade Operative:

Previous social housing, domestic maintenance or property repairs experienceStrong multi-trade skillset with experience carrying out a variety of repairsFull UK driving licenceAbility to work independently and manage workload effectivelyGood communication and customer service skills
