Description
Catch 22 are working with a leading education provider to recruit a Capital Project Manager to support the delivery and development of a large, multi–site London estate.
This is a key role reporting into the Head of Estates & Projects, responsible for delivering a range of capital works including new school developments, condition improvement programmes, and sustainability–led initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end–to–end delivery of capital projects across a multi–site school estateManage SCA–funded projects from inception through to completion and defectsSupport the delivery of new school openings, working with DfE, consultants, and local authoritiesOversee contractors, consultants, and technical advisors to ensure quality and complianceEnsure robust H&S management across all project lifecyclesContribute to capital planning and prioritisation of fundingSupport sustainability initiatives, including carbon reduction strategiesEnsure compliance with all estates–related legislation and statutory requirements About You:
Proven experience delivering capital projects within estates / property (education experience desirable)Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholdersExperience managing budgets, contractors, and procurement processesKnowledge of H&S and statutory compliance across estatesOrganised, proactive, and confident in a fast–paced, multi–site environment In return our client is offering a salary between GBP54,000 – GBP58,000
