Building Surveyor / Chartered Building Surveyor Leeds (Thorpe Park)

I'm representing a well–established multi–disciplinary consultancy looking to add a Building Surveyor (Chartered or working towards) to their growing team in Leeds. This role offers a mix of project and professional work across public and private sectors, from education and healthcare to infrastructure and local government.

The Role:

Deliver a full range of building surveying and project management services. Manage refurbishment and extension projects (typically up to GBP1m). Undertake condition surveys, defect analysis, and prepare reports/specifications. Administer contracts and liaise with clients and multi–disciplinary teams. Support business development and client relationship management. About You:

Degree in Building Surveying (RICS accredited or similar). MRICS / MCIOB (or working towards). Strong technical and client–facing experience. Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit experience a plus. Familiar with JCT/NEC contracts and CDM regulations. Why Apply?
