Job Details:

Pay: GBP40,000 – GBP42,000 per annum (DOE)Hours of Work: Monday – Friday, days, 40 hours per weekDuration: PermanentBenefits: Annual bonus, access to internal rewards, free on–site parking, enhanced pension, 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays and private medical care Job Role: As a Building Services Electrician, you will carry out electrical maintenance and repairs across the site, including lighting, sockets and basic fault finding. The Building Services Electrician will also support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, monitor site equipment including boilers, compressors and cooling systems, and assist with general building maintenance such as basic plumbing, carpentry and fabric repairs. You will support site compliance, contractor control, permit–to–work procedures, water hygiene and Legionella requirements while maintaining high standards of safety and building condition.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

Previous experience working as a Building Services Electrician or within a building services or site maintenance environmentQualified or time–served Building Services ElectricianBasic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry and decoratingMulti–skilled approach across electrical and general maintenanceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong commitment to site safety, compliance and maintaining high standards Commutable From: Bath, Tewkesbury, Swindon, Severnside, Chippenham, Stonehouse, Hereford, Caerphilly, Cardiff, Oxford
