Salary: Circa £32,000

Location: Manchester

Do you want to play a central role in keeping higher-risk residential buildings compliant under the Building Safety Act 2022?

We're supporting a leading property organisation to recruit a Building Safety Case Coordinator, responsible for coordinating Building Safety Cases, Safety Case Reports and Golden Thread information across a portfolio of Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs). This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing building safety function with real impact on resident safety and regulatory compliance.

The successful Building Safety Case Coordinator will:

Coordinate the preparation, maintenance and ongoing review of Building Safety Cases and Safety Case Reports across a defined portfolio.

Manage and maintain Golden Thread information, ensuring records are accurate, auditable and kept up to date.

Support HRB registrations and respond to information requests and submissions to the Building Safety Regulator.

Track actions, deadlines and compliance risks, escalating issues early and supporting recovery plans where needed.

Build effective relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to obtain missing information and keep workstreams moving.The successful Building Safety Case Coordinator will have:

Strong document control, compliance coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Knowledge of building safety compliance requirements or experience in the residential property sector.

Confidence working to deadlines, prioritising competing tasks and maintaining accurate records.
