We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bricklayer to join a busy social housing contractor working across Bolton and surrounding areas on a temporary contract.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with experience carrying out repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties.
Your new role
General bricklaying and masonry repairsRepointing and patch repairsRepairing damaged walls, steps and garden wallsRebuilding brickwork and blockworkStructural and non-structural repair worksMaking good following remedial worksWorking within occupied and void propertiesEnsuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirementsWhat you'll need to succeed
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Bricklaying (preferred)Previous social housing, maintenance or repairs experienceFull UK Driving Licence
