Description
We are delighted to be working in partnership with a well–respected and growing Chartered Surveyors who are located in the heart of Oxford.
We are looking for a professional and motivated AutoCAD Technician with experience in Architectural Building practices.
Key responsibilities will include:
– Production of 2D AutoCAD drawings
– Preparation of planning and listed building applications and submission via the Planning Portal
– Preparation of Building Regulation applications
– Developing detailed proposals for kitchen and bathroom layouts, sectional drawings, roof and masonry repair details etc
– Occasional measured Survey work
– Preparation of door, window, and ironmongery schedules on Excel spreadsheets
The ideal candidate will have:
– Experience in AutoCAD drawings
– Experience working within the Building Surveying industry and preparing regulations
– Experience in 2d drawing
