Associate Planning Director Job in Rugby, Warwickshire

Associate Planning Director job available in Rugby with an established multidisciplinary consultancy. Offering a competitive salary plus hybrid working, bonus potential, enhanced holiday, and much more.

This well–established multi–disciplinary consultancy has been operating for over 30 years, delivering nationwide coverage through regional offices in the North West, Yorkshire, Midlands, South West, East Anglia, and London. With a 70–strong team, they offer services across town planning, architecture, master planning, landscape architecture, and heritage. They're now looking to grow their Rugby office with the addition of an Associate–level Town Planner.

Role & Responsibilities

Take the lead on projects, working closely with the DirectorsDevelopment management and plan/policy workManage planning applications for a variety of scale projectsPlanning appeal managementLocal plan representationsSite promotion and local plan examinationPublic inquiry workAssist in mentoring and developing the wider teamManage client relations and expectations, including new business development and expanding on existing relationships. Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience post–qualification (private or public sector)Degree qualified in Town Planning or similarRTPI membershipStrong communication skillsFull driving licence and car. What you get back
