Description
Job Title: Assistant Site Manager / Supervisor
Location: Banbury
Rate: £230 - £260 per day
Linsco are currently looking for a Assistant Site Manager to join a new build care home project in Banbury from start to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and coordinating all sub-contractors
Assist Site manager with daily operations
Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard
Managing snagging lists and quality control
Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management
Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completionRequirements:
Use of systems to record works progress
Valid SMSTS / SSSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid certificates -
Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple trades
