Description
Got a construction background and a head for planning?
We're working with a leading contractor delivering some of London's most impressive high end residential projects, and they're looking for someone ambitious to join their planning team.
You don't need years of experience or an extensive track record. What matters is a good understanding of construction, some knowledge of Asta Powerproject and the drive to develop into a successful Planner.
What will you be doing?
You'll be getting involved in the planning and delivery of technically challenging construction projects, working closely with experienced Project Managers and site teams.
Helping build and update construction programmes.
Tracking progress and identifying potential delays.
Working with site teams to keep projects moving.
Supporting programme reviews and reporting.
Learning how complex projects are planned from start to finish.
Who would suit this?
You might be a recent Construction Management or Civil Engineering graduate, or already working in construction and looking to move into planning.
Ideally, you'll have:
A relevant construction or engineering qualification.
Some exposure to planning or construction programming.
Good working knowledge of Asta Powerproject.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
A genuine interest in developing a career in planning.
Why consider it?
This isn't an opportunity to sit behind a desk updating spreadsheets all day.
You'll gain exposure to the people, programmes and challenges involved in delivering some of London's most exclusive construction projects, with the opportunity to learn from an experienced team and develop your career.
