Assessment & Support Administrator (Temporary)

Rate of pay: £18.50 PAYE or £24.32 Umbrella per hour (Monday to Friday 37.5hrs per week)

Location: Stockwell, London SW9 9AJ

Contract: Temporary until 2 October 2026 with possible extensionWe are looking for a temporary Assessment & Support Administrator to join an Assessment & Support team. The team manages referrals from residents, colleagues, and external agencies, helping ensure customers receive the right support at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

Support colleagues with referrals to statutory agencies.

Organise and attend multi-agency meetings, including taking minutes.

Maintain accurate case records and update systems.

Support management of team inboxes and referral portals.

Liaise with external agencies to coordinate support and manage risk.

Assist with risk assessments, including specialist assessment tools.

Support customers with a range of issues including safeguarding, mental health, domestic abuse, benefits, and social care needs.

Provide administrative support to the Team Leader and wider team.Skills & Experience

Strong communication and IT skills.

Experience in housing, social care, support services, or a similar sector.

Experience working with vulnerable customers and complex cases.

Ability to work effectively with multiple agencies and stakeholders.

Knowledge of safeguarding, housing, care, or related services.
