Our client a Bespoke Architect Practice are looking for a Architectural Technologist with Autodesk Revit experience.
The role of Architectural Technologist Revit
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 2 years' experience who is passionate about delivering high-quality technical design work and enjoys working collaboratively on a variety of projects.
Key Responsibilities of Architectural Technologist Revit
Produce accurate technical drawings and construction documentation. Develop and coordinate BIM models using Revit. Work closely with architects, consultants, and contractors throughout project delivery. Ensure designs comply with current Building Regulations and relevant standards. Attend project meetings and assist with site visits as required. Support projects from concept through to completion. Essential Requirements Revit
Minimum 2 years' experience in an Architectural Technologist role. Proficient in Autodesk Revit with the ability to produce high-quality technical drawings. Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Desirable
Experience working on residential or mixed-use developments. Knowledge of additional Autodesk or Adobe software. CIAT membership or working towards accreditation. BIM, Auto Desk Revit,UK Building Reg
